DNA is biological character in personality that impossible to change.

The fundamental and distinctive characteristics or qualities of someone or something, 

especially when regarded as unchangeable.( defined by google search engine)

Have an authentic Life

Personal:
Have a transparent life do not be hypocrites. We have to be honest in a way that honest to our self.

Family:
Commitment to your family and your service at church. Family and church work have to be balance. Be a "2nd mile person" meaning to do more than regular people. Don't ever think that its not my job!
Commit is bigger than promise. We may fail on promises but we try to not fail on our commitment.
Commitment is not compliance. It's from our heart.

Market Place:
Partnership
We building House of God together! We have one purpose, not expecting others compliment. This church is about building people and people is never perfect.

Church service:
We might not agree with everybody, however we are one team and responsible to build a solid team work.

Leadership:
IFGF has an Apostolic (non democratic) leadership. Meaning the Fathers set the rules in the house.
Respect the authority of our leader.

Compassion - Love without expect it back.

Is there any compassion in your personal life or you to your church.
How you connecting to people. How far you know someone personality and understanding.
Empathy- to see someone beyond.

Are you blaming someone for your mistake? Correct your self.
Are your family One?
